"This report presents the separation of milk solution with the Rotary Evaporator . the Rotary Evaporator operates under vacuum condition of 200 mbar pressure and 100 rpm rotation which helps in separating the milk solution faster. This experiment was conducted to study the effect of temperature on the rate of evaporation of milk solution."
