"Raw material used in the pilot plant to produced methyl ester or also known as biodiesel is RBD Palm Oil which is cooking oil. RBD stands from refining, bleaching and deodorize. So, in this pilot plant, the RBD cooking will react with methanol in the reactor tank with the presence of catalyst which is, sodium methoxide to form methyl ester or biodiesel."
